We love restoring jewelry for our North Georgia clients. Nothing makes us happier than to see that great big smile on the face of a customer, when we show them their restored piece. We cannot always fix every piece of jewelry that comes into the shop. If we cannot repair it and you decide to sell it, we will provide you with an appraisal and pay you cash for your piece if we decide to buy it.
Repairs are generally quick and normally very affordable. The cost is always tied to the complexity of the repair work required. If we have to add new stones, that can also cause the price of the repair work to increase. We will provide you with an estimate and a full explanation of the work that our technicians determine must be done to fix your jewelry. Once you approve the repairs, we will get them done in a timely manner.
All estimates are FREE! Jewelry repairs include cleaning the piece and restoring it to factory refinish. We will do everything possible to ensure that your item looks as good as the day you purchased it. Virtually all jewelry repairs are completed on site, in our facility. Watch repairs are sent out to our watch repair specialist. We provide a warranty on all the repair work we perform. Most simple repairs can be handled within 5–7 working days. Complex repairs can run a bit longer.
